For some reason this past week, I've been thinking a lot about how lucky we are to have such a great place to call home, even if it is just a part-time abode.

Time to count our blissings. Fun is everywhere.

Clean water and good rock.

Fertile soil. We're growing organic heirloom bikers in this patch.
The new park has already exceeded expectations. Just this morning, I saw a four year old on a strider bike riding the pump track. All ages, all abilities, all fun!

Fresh mountain air.

Lots of good friends. Adventure Camp rocks!

A creative community.
The Festival of the Arts starts this coming week. Be sure to check out all the cool events, which range through culinary, literary, visual, film, music, theatre and more!

Great food and drink.
The Taste of the Valley is Monday evening, August 1st, in the courtyard, Timbers and Gate House. This signature happening of the Festival of the Arts features creations from many local restaurants and food producers. Tasty!

Old and new traditions.

Happy involved people.
Be better here is more than a slogan. Check out the upcoming Abundance Leadership Seminars at Sugarbush, with special presentations from Win Smith and John Egan.
Beautiful vistas.
The weekend looks almost perfect, highs about 80 and lows in the 60's at night. Summer is already feeling a little fleeting, enjoy it fully before it's gone. We hope to see you soon!
