Your journey begins with a scenic ride to Lincoln Peak’s Allyn’s Lodge in a heated cabin cat, comfortably seating up to nine guests. For those seeking a more active ascent, you can choose to snowshoe or skin to the lodge, guided by a Sugarbush expert.

At the lodge, an intimate, candlelit setting welcomes you to a culinary experience like no other. Choose from à la carte dinners open to the public or reserve a private five-course dining experience for an exclusive evening with friends and family. Either way, you'll savor upscale Vermont-inspired dishes featuring hors d’oeuvres, soup, salad, a carefully crafted entrée, and dessert, all served by the glow of a crackling fire. Special menu requests are available to ensure your meal is tailored to your tastes.

After dinner, the adventure continues with a moonlit ski down a freshly groomed trail, guided by ski patrol—a sensory experience that blends tranquility and excitement. Prefer to skip the slopes? Descend to the base in the comfort of the heated cabin cat instead.

For beer enthusiasts and food lovers alike, our special beer dinners offer a unique pairing experience featuring some of Vermont’s most beloved craft breweries: Frost, Lawson's Finest, Fiddlehead, and Zero Gravity. These exclusive dinners highlight the exceptional flavors of these local brews, expertly paired with a specially curated menu that enhances every sip and bite. From the crisp, refreshing notes of Lawson’s to the bold, hop-forward flavors of Fiddlehead, each beer is carefully chosen to complement the seasonal, farm-to-table dishes created by our chefs. Whether you’re a connoisseur or a casual beer drinker, these beer dinners offer a fun and immersive way to discover the perfect combinations of food and craft beer. Celebrate Vermont’s brewing heritage while enjoying an evening of delicious bites, creative pairings, and unforgettable moments.

24/25 Allyn’s Lodge Experience

$290 a person mid-week non holiday and $340 a person weekends/holiday. Must commit to 9 paid seats for a private dinner. Groups can be up to 18 people. Total seat count must be confirmed two weeks in advance of experience date.
The cabin cat departs from the base area at 5:00 PM. Additional trips will be taken as needed to transport all guests. The dinner typically ends around 9:00 PM followed by the moonlit ski or cabin cat ride(s) down.
Available to all ages. Children 2 and under are free and may ride in adult laps.
Any dinner with guests 14 and under who wish to ski/ride down will need an additional ski patrol to assist for safety purposes. A $210 staffing fee will apply.
This experience is open to non-skiers/riders. The optional ski/ride down at the end of the event is only for advanced skiers/riders.
Local beer and wine are available for additional purchase.
Complimentary headlamps are provided for those skiing down.

We truly enjoyed our Allyns dinner event. It was such pretty and unique location. Allyn’s was decorated beautifully with a roaring fire, white linen table setting in the cozy rustic lodge. The food was outstanding- one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in the valley. And so much fun to hike up and ski down at night. We were so lucky with a beautiful gentle snow piling up while we dined. The dinner was topped off with an amazing smooth powder ski down with our headlamps. Many thanks to our patrol guides who led the way.
