Mt Ellen Advanced Local's Program

Introducing the Advanced Locals Program at Mt. Ellen—a fresh offering for expert skiers eager to take their skills to the next level. Designed exclusively for the committed skier who thrives on Sugarbush North’s most challenging terrain, this program is similar to the popular Advanced Series at Lincoln Peak while offering a unique community experience at Mt. Ellen.

Over the course of three consecutive Saturdays in January, February, and March, participants will join a cohort of dedicated locals who are passionate about pushing their limits on the mountain. Led by our team of expert instructors, the Advanced Locals Program offers targeted coaching focused on fine-tuning technique, enhancing tactical decision-making, and mastering the steepest, most technical terrain Mt. Ellen has to offer.

This is more than just a ski clinic—it's an opportunity to connect with fellow advanced skiers in a collaborative and challenging environment. Whether you’re looking to perfect your turns on the black diamonds, gain confidence in variable conditions, or refine your approach to moguls and trees, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way.

The Advanced Locals Program is your gateway to advanced mastery at Mt. Ellen, providing an in-depth, immersive experience that builds both skill and community.

Details:

• Program runs for 3 consecutive Saturdays in January (1/4, 11 & 18), February (2/1, 8 & 15), and March (3/1, 8 & 15).
• Lessons meet outside at Mt. Ellen’s base area.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the lesson start time or 45 minutes early if you need rental equipment.
• Lift tickets, rental gear, and helmets are not included.
• Minimum of 3 participants required to run the program.
• Tele skiing and snowboarding are available for groups of 3+.

24/25 Seasonal Programs Cancellation Policy

• Programs must be paid in full at time of booking
• Cancellations made by 12/1/24 will receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee per participant
• Cancellations made after 12/1 are non-refundable
  

All 24/25 Seasonal Program participants have access to the following discounts:

• 20% off Adventure Camp for the remainder of the summer. To book log in to your online account and select the discounted summer camps option only available once you’ve purchased a 24/25 program. If you have already booked camp for this summer, please email summercamps@sugarbush.com to have the discount applied.
  
• Complimentary 1/2-day Schoolhouse program or Adult Group morning lesson valid 12/7/24 through 1/3/25*. Book online in the Vouchers sections under My Account. Click redeem on a voucher, select your lesson type, and start date, then proceed through checkout. These programs are not available to book until after 9/2/24.
• 40% all Schoolhouse Programs valid 12/7/24 through 1/3/25. To book login to your online account and select the discounted Schoolhouse lessons option available after 9/2/24 and only once you’ve purchased a 24/25 program.
