Sugarbush Resort’s summer camp offers an unforgettable adventure in the heart of Vermont’s stunning Green Mountains. Our days are packed with outdoor excitement, creativity, and discovery, all set against the backdrop of breathtaking natural beauty. Whether kids are hiking up mountain trails, diving into cool mountain lakes, tie dying, pool time and slip n slide or creating their next masterpiece, every moment is filled with joy, exploration, and fun!

Adventure Camp is perfect for kids ages 6–12, and parents can choose to sign them up by the day or by the week—whatever works best for your family! Camp runs for 8 weeks, from June 23 to August 15, 2025, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. New this season, extended care is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for families booking a full week.

Price is $525 per child a week, or $135 per child per day. Prices include all daily activities, from pool time at the Recreation Center (SHaRC,) disc golf to arts and crafts and river fun. Want to book multiple days throughout the summer? Purchase a 10-Pack and save nearly 40% per day! Extended care is an additional $50 per child for families booking a full week. Please note that prices do not include lunch, snacks, or bike and protective gear rentals.

A Day in the Life at Sugarbush Summer Camp

At camp, every day is packed with excitement and teamwork! Campers dive into field games like dodgeball and capture the flag, go on thrilling scavenger hunts, tackle rock climbing adventures, and enjoy swimming and splashing fun. These activities keep campers engaged and help build lasting friendships through friendly competition and outdoor play!

At camp, kids get to explore the great outdoors with fun, hands-on adventures! They can fish in nearby streams, pick fresh berries in season, cruise through creeks to find hidden treasures, and build forts using natural materials. These nature-filled activities let campers connect with Vermont’s stunning landscape while developing their outdoor skills and having fun!

Arts & Crafts
At camp, creativity shines during arts and crafts sessions! Kids have the chance to tie-dye colorful creations, paint vibrant works of art, make classic boondoggle keychains, weave friendship bracelets, and craft unique keepsakes to take home. Every project is an opportunity for campers to explore their artistic side and express themselves in fun and creative ways.

Bike Camp

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our Bike Camp offers a fantastic opportunity for both beginner and advanced riders to improve their biking skills in the scenic Green Mountains. Campers can rent bikes and helmets directly from us, ensuring everyone has the right gear. The morning begins with a skill assessment to place campers in appropriately challenging groups, followed by laps around Sugarbush Resort, where they build confidence and technique. In the afternoon, campers can choose to continue their adventure with a longer ride on the trails around the Mad River Valley, applying their new skills while soaking in Vermont’s stunning landscape.

Field Trips

Throughout the summer, weather and group size permitting, we take campers on full-day field trips to some of Vermont's most stunning and exciting destinations, such as the Montshire Museum of Science, Silver Lake and Smugglers' Notch State Park. From exploring serene lakes and enjoying water activities like canoeing, swimming, and fishing, these trips are a weekly highlight. Campers get the chance to experience Vermont’s stunning natural beauty while creating lasting memories and bonding with their fellow adventurers. It’s the perfect summer getaway!

-Cancellations made prior to 3 days of camp start date will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee per camper.
- Cancellation made within 3 days of camp start date are non-refundable.
- There is no fee to charge (reschedule) camp prior to 3 days of camp start date.
- Changes made within 3 days and at least by 4pm the day prior to camp start will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per camper.
- If camp is running there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.
