24/25 Allyn’s Lodge Experience

  • $290 a person mid-week non holiday and $340 a person weekends/holiday. Must commit to 9 paid seats for a private dinner. Groups can be up to 18 people. Total seat count must be confirmed two weeks in advance of experience date.
  • The cabin cat departs from the base area at 5:00 PM. Additional trips will be taken as needed to transport all guests. The dinner typically ends around 9:00 PM followed by the moonlit ski or cabin cat ride(s) down.
  • Available to all ages. Children 2 and under are free and may ride in adult laps.
  • Any dinner with guests 14 and under who wish to ski/ride down will need an additional ski patrol to assist for safety purposes. A $210 staffing fee will apply.
  • This experience is open to non-skiers/riders. The optional ski/ride down at the end of the event is only for advanced skiers/riders.
  • Local beer and wine are available for additional purchase.
  • Complimentary headlamps are provided for those skiing down.

2. Authentic Jamaican pepper pot soup, paired with Scrag Mountain Pilsner (4.8%)
3. Jamaican Escovietch - Crispy fried Tilapia with spicy & slightly sweet homemade vegetable pickled slaw, paired Little Sip (6.2%)
4. Traditional Jerk Chicken with mango chutney over dirty rice, paired with Double Sunshine (8%)
5. Key Lime Pie, paired with Fayston Maple Imperial Stout (10.1%)
