Today we are excited to announce that Win Smith will be inducted into the Sugarbush Wall of Fame on Saturday, December 14th! Under Win’s ownership from 2001-2020, Sugarbush invested over $70 million in mountain improvements including 7 new lifts, significant upgrades to snowmaking, an ambitious revitalization of the Lincoln Peak Base Area, and real estate initiatives including Rice Brook and Gadd Brook. A pillar in the Mad River Valley Community, Win remains active both locally and within the ski industry. Please join us on December 14th to celebrate his legacy and stick around afterwards for The SugarBash!
The Sugarbush Wall of Fame was established as part of the resort’s 60th anniversary celebration, and annually recognizes those who have made a significant contribution to “cultivating a spirit of lifelong adventure and camaraderie among Sugarbush staff, guests, and the community.”
